This Privacy Policy explains how Tubby Tiger Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Scruble at scruble.io (the "Service"). Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Service, and our Data Retention page sets out how long we keep what we collect.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account with an email address and password, we collect your email address and a display name. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
• Sign-in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. If you sign in using a social login provider, we receive your name, your email address (for Sign in with Apple this may be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email), and an account identifier from that provider. We use this only to create and sign you in to your Scruble account. We never receive your password for those services, and we do not access your contacts, friends lists, or post on your behalf.
• Gameplay data. We store data needed to run the game, such as your progress, completed objects, sticker collection, and in-game currency balances.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider and merchant of record. We do not store payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing and related compliance. We keep records of your purchases (what was bought and when) to deliver them and provide support.
• Emails we send. We use a transactional email provider to send account emails such as address verification and password resets. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To process purchases and prevent fraud.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and when required by law. When you use a social login, the provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook) processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

Our Service is not directed to children, and purchases are restricted to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
