Data Retention & Deletion

This page describes how long Scruble (operated by Tubby Tiger Games LLC) keeps your data, and how to have it deleted. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
How long we keep your data

| Account information (email address, display name, social sign-in identifiers from Google, Apple, or Facebook) | Kept while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. |
| Gameplay data (progress, stickers, in-game currency balances) | Kept while your account is active; deleted with your account. |
| Purchase records | Retained as required by law for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; we never store payment card numbers. |
| Server and security logs | Retained for approximately 30 days, then deleted automatically. |
| Backups | Deleted data ages out of backups within approximately 30 days. |
How to delete your account and data
Email support@scruble.io from the email address associated with your Scruble account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request, delete your account and the personal data listed above within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Data we are legally required to keep (such as purchase records) is retained only as long as the law requires.
If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, this deletes the data Scruble received from that provider along with the rest of your account. You can also revoke Scruble's access from the provider's side at any time (for example, Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple settings) — note that revoking access alone does not delete the data already in your Scruble account; email us to delete that.
