These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scruble at scruble.io (the "Service"), provided by Tubby Tiger Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Purchases of in-game currency or content are restricted to adults.

Accounts

You can play without an account, but an account is needed to save progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time; see our Data Retention page for what happens to your data when you do.

Purchases and virtual currency

The Service offers coins and content for purchase. Coins are a virtual currency: they have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. We may manage, regulate, or remove virtual items at our discretion. Purchases are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider and merchant of record, and additional terms from that provider may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider's policies. Please contact us with any billing concerns and we'll help sort it out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, interfere with other players, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or access it through unauthorized or automated means.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its artwork, software, and game design, is owned by Tubby Tiger Games LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Some 3D models in the Service are licensed from third parties; where a model requires attribution, it is credited in-game on that object's screen.

Availability and changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the daily puzzle running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubby Tiger Games LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
